The technical information published here is general guidance about marine diesel engines and surveys. It is not a diagnosis of your engine and it is not a substitute for having the vessel inspected. Engines differ, and so does what is wrong with them.
Quotes and scope
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer of a fixed price. Pricing and the scope of any survey or repair are agreed directly, in advance, once the vessel, engines and location are known.
Survey reports
A survey report describes the condition observed on the day of inspection, within the scope agreed. It does not warrant future performance and it does not cover components that were not accessible. Any limitation on access is recorded in the report itself.
