What this site collects

The enquiry form sends what you type to us as an email so we can answer it. That covers your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to fill in about your vessel and what it is doing. Nothing you type is stored in a database on this website, and none of it is used for advertising.

Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service acting on our behalf, which processes the message in order to deliver it. If that delivery fails, the form shows your details back to you so you can read them out on the phone instead, and nothing leaves your browser.

To reduce automated spam the form records how long the page was open before it was submitted, and rate limits repeated submissions from the same network address. Neither is used to identify you.

Contacting us

When you call or email, we keep what you tell us for as long as needed to quote, schedule and carry out the work, and to keep a service record for your vessel. We do not sell or rent that information to anyone.

Hosting and logs

This site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile of you.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit apart from another and to recognise a return visit. Google Analytics does not record your IP address, and we do not use it for advertising or ad targeting.

What we look at is aggregate: how many people came, which pages they read, and which pages led to an enquiry. When a quote form is submitted successfully we record that an enquiry happened and which page it came from. What you typed into the form is not sent to Google.

To opt out, use your browser's cookie controls, or install Google's own opt out add on for analytics. Nothing on this site stops working if you block it.

Third party content

The reviews page embeds our Google Business Profile reviews through Elfsight. That widget loads from elfsightcdn.com, which means your browser contacts a third party server when you open that page, and that provider may set its own cookies or record standard request data under its own privacy policy. No information you type into this site is passed to it. Every other page loads only from this site.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call (941) 780-1330. Where we are able to act on the request we will, and we will tell you plainly if a record has to be kept for tax or liability reasons.
